Security Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing enterprise-class security systems for our IT infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorisation, and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement security architectures for various IT projects.

• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.

• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle.

• Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior security team members.

• Respond to security incidents and conduct forensic investigations as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with at least 2 years in a security architecture role.

• Strong knowledge of security frameworks.

• Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols.

• Proficiency in risk management and threat modeling.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
