Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing enterprise-class security systems for our IT infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorisation, and security best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement security architectures for various IT projects.
Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle.
Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior security team members.
Respond to security incidents and conduct forensic investigations as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with at least 2 years in a security architecture role.
Strong knowledge of security frameworks.
Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols.
Proficiency in risk management and threat modeling.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
